This long awaited blend is made with Orange Peel, Hibiscus, Rooibos, Peppermint,
Licorice, Lemon Balm, Lavender, Passion Flowers, Milk Thistle & Marigold Flowers.
This is a particularly small batch blend made with friends and loved ones in mind that deal with anxiety on a sporadic or a regular basis. The ingredients were chosen for their calming, soothing qualities and are packed into tins of approximately 30g each.
Average Servings :
Each tin contains 20-25 servings depending on personal use. Each serving is good for at least 2 steeps. Increase your steeping time for each additional steep to maximize flavor.
sTEAping Ritual:
1 heaping teaspoon per 6-8 ounces of water at 212 degrees F.
Steep for at least 5 minutes and focus intently on your breathing during this time. Gently draw in each breath and release a little more tension with each exhale. Remember: You are deserving of these moments.
